Investigation by the dealer showed a complete failure of cables and motor costing £1000 to replace and repair. After deleting the fault code, in a few km-s, the fault appeared again. Finally we managed to delete the fault code after some deletes, some restartings and in an hour. - In the middle of September (after 1530 km running) the problem occured again, with a new fault code : "P0271 Cylinder 4 injector Circuit High".
Ok the guy came round and he thinks it could be one of these issues. My battery is only ruuning at 11.7 so possibly a new battery needed, wiring of Electric Hand Brake or Electric Hand Brake ECU. All the signs were obviously showing a fault directed towards the handbrake.. He said he tested the brake pedal switch and got readings as ok.
Dec 22, 2013 · Only one I've ever driven was a Citroen C4 Picasso - manual release was a mechanism under the footwell, with a special gizmo in the toolkit you inserted and wound in a certain direction. fjord
Put new springs and pads into calliper and re-assemble with new bolt, using Copaslip and Loctite appropriately. 10. Check everything before putting wheel back on, and lower car to the ground. 11. Pull up the handbrake several times to take up slack and pump the brake pedal until things stiffen up.
Jul 22, 2020 · My 2012 (62 reg) C4 grand Picasso is showing ABS, ESP, and parking brake fault intermittently. Recently I changed the rear brake disk and calipers (as it was very Low). But the problem started way before that. The electronic parking brake can be engaged and disengaged manually by pressing the brake button.
