Weekly at most, twice a month or even once a month might even be better. 1 pound of fat stored on the body = approx 3500 extra calories. 2kg = 4.4lbs = 15000 + calories. Unless that was the biggest pizza and coke ever made, you did not gain 4.4 lbs in fat. Our body's water retention amount though can swing quite a bit.
